My love for Chicken Wings brings me back and back to WPXI’s best Wings in Steel City in 2012 and 2014. Here’s why they are two-time Champions. They use fresh not frozen wings, this makes a huge difference. They are fried for around 20 minutes, most only fry for 10 minutes, this makes sure they are crispy. The owner’s son puts a lot of effort into the sauces and isn’t afraid to use Butter. Ranch is a good texture as well, not runny but also not too thick like churning Molasses.
