SALEM’S Market and GRILL SERVES UP AUTHENTIC HALAL FOODS AND MIDDLE EASTERN FARE
This is a must try due to its diverse menu and food full of flavor. It is cafeteria style dining, trust me, it is worth the trip.
The food – A big seller especially during lunch time is the Gyro and fries. The Gyro is loaded with meat, the fries are beer battered, and it comes with a drink. Salem’s is known for their famous “Chili Chicken,” it has just the right amount of heat and is bursting with flavor. This is random, but their burgers are exceptionally good, and you get a choice of beef, lamb, or chicken meat for the burger patty.
Other menu items – Salem’s has all kinds of items with base meats consisting of lamb, chicken, and steak, and they combine all different types of herbs, spices, and marinades to create magical dishes. Check out their menu, it is impressive.

My Final Take
This place is not located in the market district in the Strip District. It is a few blocks down the road on Penn Avenue located around 29th street. It is worth the journey!
