HOPEWELL TOWNSHIP EXECUTIVE CHEF and ENTREPRENEUR SERVES BEAVER COUNTY AND SURROUNDING AREA with SMALL-TOWN, FAMILY FEEL

Hopewell Township, the western gateway into Beaver County, provides its residents with proximity to the Pittsburgh International Airport and downtown Pittsburgh, while also providing a mixture of a suburban/rural feel with its picturesque landscape and small-town feel. It is also home of the 2002 High School Football State Champions the Hopewell Vikings. It is an area that is proud of its local business’s a lot of which have been there for quite some time. One of these local business’s, Two Chefs Catering Café, is on the rise in the Hopewell Township area. It is here that owner Vic Mannella and staff are cooking up and putting their own creative spin on culinary dishes available for takeout and catering.

The vision – Founded in 2017, a dream came true as Two Chefs was founded under the principle of serving homemade, comfort food speedily at affordable prices. Two Chefs has a creative and diversified everyday menu and prides itself on keeping it fun and interesting for its customers because you never know what dish they are going to create or what ingredients they are going to use to provide impeccable flavor!

The food – Before we get into the catering, let us first deep dive in and understand the everyday menu. These are items that are available every day. The hoagies/sandwiches that have people in the valley buzzing are Aliquippa’s pride and joy, “The Quip Dip,” which consist of slow roasted, thin sliced lamb in a French onion broth on a Swiss cheese melted hoagie and finished with an au jus on the side. The Optimus Prime Rib Hoagie has sliced prime rib, onions, peppers, mushrooms, and melted provolone cheese on a hoagie roll with a side of horsey cream sauce for dipping. The Big Kiel-Bowski features the Pittsburgh favorite kielbasa, peppers, onions, provolone, seasoned French fries, and coleslaw.

Two Chefs also features everyday favorites such as the Cheesesteak Hoagie, boneless chicken wings, chicken tenders, cheeseburgers, fish sandwiches (especially popular during lent Fridays), pasta dishes, steak, and chicken salads, and more. The Meatball Hoagie is also a fan favorite. Check out their online menu for the full selection. Depending on supply and certain factors, if you get a chance try their Buttermilk Fried Chicken, go for it, it is delicious! They also sell gallons of their Wedding soup daily! You can also select certain meal packages, check their menu for a full selection.

Catering – Not only is Two Chefs great for catering your next event, but Two Chefs caters to people that do not want to cook. They prepare catered meals whether it is ready to order or meals that come with instructions on how to heat up your food. Two Chefs is a great catering option for holidays such as Thanksgiving (demand is high, place order early), Easter, Christmas, and Independence Day. There is no job too big or too small!

Catering entrees include Seasoned Baked Chicken, Honey Fried Chicken, Chicken Romano/Marsala/Parmesan, Stuffed Chicken Breast, Beer Can Chicken, London Broil, Hot Sausage, and Meatballs Marinara. Party trays are also available for pick up or drop off. Items include Mac and Cheese (Best Seller), Italian Sandwich Ring, Lasagna, Pierogies, Pasta Marinara, Cheese and Cracker Tray, and other items. Check out their online menu for the full selection.
