WHEN TALKS ABOUT BEST PIZZA IN PITTSBUGH COME UP, FIORI’s is ALWAYS in the CONVERSATION
I have had Fiori’s a few times, and what stuck out to me is the cheese. Whatever they do to it, my guess is Romano cheese is thrown in there, it is very sharp and delicious.
Pizza – Fiori’s pizza is made of all natural ingredients and is hand tossed. They do something unique in that they put the toppings under the cheese. You can get a 12” or 16” pie. It is available in traditional red sauce or white sauce. Standard toppings include extra cheese, pepperoni, sausage, capicola, Virginia ham, bacon, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, roasted red peppers, black and green olives, hot pepper rings, and anchovies. Gourmet toppings include shrimp, meatballs, steak, and hot sausage links.
Other menu items – Fiori’s also has appetizers, wings, hoagies, calzones, pasta, and salads.

If you follow me, you know I have tried a lot of pizza. I will agree that this pizza is up there with the best in Steel Town. There is something special about that cheese!
