Kelly’s Irish Pub – A Carribean Island

I have not met many people that grew up in Beaver County that are not proud to be from Beaver County. It is a place where you see two people in a screaming and cussing match, and 10 minutes later they are enjoying a drink together. People say what they have to say, tell you how it is whether you like it or not, and get on with their life. Residents understand that the area was built on steel, and even though those Mills that extended miles down the Ohio River cease to exist, they carry that blue collar work ethic with them every day they wake up and put on their work boots. As hard as Beaver Countians work, they play even harder! Kelly’s Irish Pub and Caribbean Island gives residents an escape from everyday life to enjoy tasty food, drink, and an exceptional ambience.

The Atmosphere – The indoor bar is an Irish Pub that features old-word drinks, food, and great conversations and discussion. The outside resembles a Caribbean Island which has sand, palm trees, vibrant huts, and tropical drinks. They also have a DJ at times and live entertainment.

The food – Kelly’s is known for their monster burgers. Most restaurants serve burgers that have a patty that is 6 to 8 ounces. Kelly’s takes it up a notch by featuring ¾ pound burgers/12-ounce burger patties. You can create your own or try their Whiskey BBQ Jameson Burger (captioned). It is topped with bacon, onion rings, cheddar cheese, whiskey BBQ sauce, and Jalapenos for some heat! You can get bone-in or boneless wings with standards sauces or get a little more creative with sauces such as Smokey Bleu and Parmesan Peppercorn. You can also get wraps such as the Island Veggie or Jerk Chicken wrap.
