Since 1957, Metro Catering has not only been a Staple in Beaver County but in the Greater Pittsburgh area as well. Their Chicken, simply the best. Not 100 percent, but I think they use the oil over and over which gives it its flavor. It’s juicy, it’s got its own flavor. I know it’s not the best for you but it’s Sac Religious to not eat the skin. It’s old-school recipes passed down from generation to generation.
