Upon arrival, you notice all the unique elements that make up the beautiful, rustic décor. It is a Log Cabin nestled in a cozy nook in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania. The unique ambience of authentic decorations, dimmed lighting, and open, inviting layout, gives you all the elements of an excellent dining experience. From start to finish, the service was nothing short of spectacular. Our waiter was super attentive, very friendly, and went above and beyond. I got an entrée that came with ranch, he already had the to-go boxes ready with a top lid for the Ranch Dressing. Talk about attention to detail.
I had three specific items on my radar, the Philly Cheesesteak, Calzone, and the Buffalo Chicken Pizza. The waiter went so far as to customize my order and put together a Buffalo Chicken Calzone. The foundation starts with homemade, fresh pizza dough. White meat chicken, smothered in rich, flavorful buffalo sauce gives just the right amount of kick. A special blend of cheeses with a thick, house-made ranch finishes off a great dish.
One of my fiancé’s favorite dinner entrees is Chicken Parmesan. Crust gives meat flavor. What separates this dish is the blackened, breaded chicken that is seared to perfection. The sauce was thick, traditional marinara sauce. The base of the entree was a skillet with a generous portion of pasta.
