MADE FROM SCRATCH FOOD and RELAXED ATMOSPHERE
I am a little weary when I see Gastropub in a restaurant description for fear of fancy plates and small portions. I have been to Shiloh a few times; the food is good, and the portions are sufficient so I will put it on my website.
The food – An appetizer that caught my eye is the “Buffalo Chicken Rangoon’s,” it is five deep fried wontons filled with buffalo chicken and a three-cheese blend. It is served with ranch or bleu cheese. A Cheese Steak is always a safe bet. It features shaved sirloin, bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms, and is finished with a house-made cheese sauce on a hoagie roll. Looking to get a little exotic? Go with the octopus. It is seared from the waters of Morocco and served over vegan chorizo, chickpea hash, and then drizzled with basil gremolata.
Other menu items – Shiloh also has delicious burgers, salads, specialty fries, and mac & cheese.

My Final Take
I have been to this place a few times in my travels to Mount Washington. The food has always been good!
